Membership

Membership in AMSAT-CA is defined in Section II of the Bylaws. Current member benefits are available in our official Membership Benefits document. At this time, membership fees are set at $40 for Full and $80 for Affiliate members by the Board. In short, Full membership is for natural person, and Affiliate membership is for Canadian and international NON-PROFIT legal (non-natural) persons, such as Amateur radio clubs, or student engineering clubs. Fees are for the calendar year and are not pro-rated at this time.

To apply for membership:

1. Click the button below and fill out the intake form.
2. Send your membership fee to etransfer@amsat-ca.org as an Interac e-Transfer, with your call sign* and the year the membership is for in the comment field.
3. Wait for the Secretary to get back to you via e-mail with your membership certificate.

Please allow at least two weeks for responses. If you have not received the email follow-up, please check your spam folder and make sure that secretary@amsat-ca.org is whitelisted and you can receive emails from this address. Questions related to membership should also be directed to this e-mail address.
